Get your Prometheus to Alien: The Evolution boxset ordered from Amazon UK!

Amazon UK are now listing the “Prometheus to Alien: The Evolution” Blu-ray box set for pre-order.

As well as all the features and extras found in the existing Alien Anthology box set, you also get the special edition of Prometheus, including all the extras found here (with more to be confirmed).

There are also some additional goodies inside the packaging:

• Art of Prometheus exclusive book extract
• Art cards
• Poster

Check out the full packaging for the Prometheus to Alien: Evolution Blu-ray boxset!

German blog A Freak Like Me has posted up the following image of the packaging for the Prometheus to Alien: Evolution boxset, and very nice it looks too!

So far, France and Germany are the only countries who’s Amazon stores are listing this set, but given that the writing on the discs is in English, I think it’s a safe bet that the rest of the world will be seeing it too.

The set looks like it simply brings together the existing Alien Anthology set with the Prometheus SE release (you can find a list of the Prometheus extra features we know about so far here), so if you already have the former there may not be any new here. That said, for a collector this would look really nice on your shelf, right?

Germany also getting the Evolution Prometheus to Alien Blu-ray and DVD box sets

A few weeks after Amazon France started listing the Prometheus/Alien saga “Evolution” box set, their German sister site is now listing the Blu-ray and DVD versions here and here.

There are no pricing or release date details, but it looks like several countries might be getting this set. If you haven’t already got the Alien Quadrilogy/Anthology sets yet, these might the ones to look out for.
