Weyland Industries have updated their San Diego Comic-Con page on the Project Prometheus site, and have confirmed that they will be recruiting there this weekend.
The precise locations are yet to be confirmed, but if you’re heading there this weekend, keep your eyes open!
Prometheus is directed by Ridley Scott, from a screenplay by Damon Lindelof and Jon Spaihts. The film stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Sean Harris, Rafe Spall, Logan Marshall-Green, Patrick Wilson and Kate Dickie, and is now on release around the world.
The Project Prometheus Careers page has been updated, with a new ‘employee’ video. This time it’s Brendan Wright, from the Security division.
Check it out below:
Yet again the video ends with a promise of more to come at this month’s San Diego Comic-Con.

With the release of Prometheus, a new viral site appeared, ready and waiting to promote the movie’s home video release (read more here).
Now that site has been updated. It appears that the five hexagons on the left of the page each represent a month to go until the October date referenced (in American format) in the site’s name.
Now another has become active, and takes you to the Careers page at the Project Prometheus site.
There you will find this corporate ‘Employee Testimonial’ video from Jamie Rossi.
As you can see from the message, and this URL, at the end of the video, Weyland will be recruiting at July’s San Diego Comic-Con.
I think it’s probably safe to assume that we’ll get some official details of the movie’s home video release, including the length of any extended cut, extra features and so on. Stay tuned for more info!
